Know exactly what is in every batch you ship
We build Business Central apps for manufacturers who have to prove what they made, from which materials, by whom and when. Quality, traceability, warehouse and labelling — inside the ERP your people already use.
Built for the questions auditors and customers actually ask
Which lot went into that order? Who approved it? Where is the supplier certificate? If answering takes your team more than a minute, that is what we fix.
- Audit-Ready Every Day
- Lot & Serial Traceability
- SDS, COA & TDS Under Control
- Scan Instead of Type
- Live Shopfloor Progress
- Compliant Labels, First Time
Start with the problem, not the product list
These are the four we get called about most. Recognise one and you already know where to start.
A recall would take us days
You can work out what went into a batch, but only by pulling reports, e-mails and a spreadsheet together. Traceability should be one screen, not a project.
Supplier documents eat our week
Every raw material arrives with an SDS, a TDS and a certificate. Someone retypes hazard data, CAS numbers and expiry dates into Business Central by hand — and it still has to end up on the label and the transport document.
The floor and the ERP never agree
Production is registered at the end of the shift from a paper list. Planning works with yesterday’s picture and stock never quite matches what is on the rack.
Labels are still a manual job
Label templates live on a PC next to the printer and nobody dares to change them. One wrong pictogram or lot number and the shipment comes back.
More problems we get called about
We find out about a shortage when the line stops
The order was released, the operator started, and halfway through someone discovers a component is not there. Everyone waits while purchasing makes phone calls.
Released and blocked stock sit in the same rack
A lot is waiting for approval, but nothing physically stops a picker from taking it. The only safeguard is that somebody remembers.
Customers e-mail orders and we retype them
Order lines, article codes and prices are keyed in by hand from a PDF or a mail body. Every typo becomes a wrong delivery three days later.
The certificate for that batch is in someone’s mailbox
A customer asks for the CoA of the lot you shipped last month. It exists, but only as an attachment in a colleague’s inbox.
The apps behind those outcomes
Each app stands on its own. Together they cover the whole path from goods receipt to shipped, labelled and documented. We do not build customer-specific versions: good ideas go back into the shared app, so every customer benefits from the same codebase.
Easy Ingredients
Classify a raw material once, then let hazard, transport and formulation data flow into every order, label and document.
- CAS and UN registry with synonyms and packaging codes
- GHS and CLP hazard classes, H- and P-codes, pictograms and signal words
- ADR classes, packing groups, tunnel codes and the 1000-points rule
- CMR transport documents filled from your own data
- Supplier SDS, TDS, COA and COC read in and checked automatically
- Recipe and formulation BOMs validated to 100%
Easy Manufacturing
Run production and engineer-to-order projects in one place, from budget to last operation.
- Projects, budgets and timesheets linked to the production order
- Line clearing, flushing, treatments, split components and subcontracting
- Weight, volume and formula-driven quantities
- Material shortages visible before the order starts
Easy Quality Management
Give every lot a status, and let the warehouse enforce it.
- Quarantine, pending approval and released as a real lot status
- Blocked, expired or aged lots cannot be picked, consumed or shipped
- FEFO and LIFO lot selection, automatic or guided
- The supplier’s own batch number kept end to end
- Automatic expiry, aging and quarantine timeouts
Easy Barcode Scanning
Receive, put away, pick, move and count by scanning instead of typing.
- Item, lot and location validated at every scan
- Picking, put-away, movements and package reclassification
- Physical inventory counting on the device
- Runs on a Zebra scanner or a standard Android phone
Easy Shopfloor
Give operators one simple screen at the line and planners a live view of the floor.
- Web portal on any tablet or terminal at the workstation
- Report quantity, time and progress at the machine
- Kanban board and live analytics for planning
- Role-based access per workstation
Easy Label Printing
Design, preview and print Zebra labels straight from Business Central — no PC next to the printer.
- Central ZPL templates per company and language
- GS1-128, GS1 DataMatrix, QR, Code 128 and EAN
- Preview with real order data before you print
- Printers, scales and job history visible inside Business Central

We are not a generic ERP add-on shop. We build for the plant, the warehouse and the quality desk.
Inside Business Central, not next to it
No interface to maintain, no second login, no nightly sync. Our apps use your items, lots, locations and orders directly.
We have stood on the floor
We implement what we build. Screens are designed for gloves, scanners and shift changes, not for a demo environment.
Compliance is the starting point
Item tracking, ADR, GHS and GS1 are part of the design, because our customers in chemicals, cosmetics, pharma and food get audited on them.
Start with one app
Take the one that hurts most and add the next when you are ready. They share the same data, so nothing has to be rebuilt later.
Cloud only
We build exclusively for Dynamics 365 Business Central online and Microsoft 365. No separate on-premises versions to maintain; every customer works on the current Microsoft cloud release.
One app, shared improvements
We do not fork the product per customer. When an idea belongs in the app, it becomes part of the shared codebase. Services, implementation and advice are billed separately.
Tell us where it goes wrong
Describe how you produce, store and ship. We will tell you which app takes the most work off your team first — and if you do not need one yet, we will say that too.
