This is our team

We are a Microsoft partner in Nijmegen. We build the Business Central apps manufacturers run their quality, warehouse and shopfloor work on, and we look after the Azure and Microsoft 365 platform underneath them. Small team, long relationships, and people who have actually stood on a production floor.

Practical, not complicated

EasyStep2 helps manufacturers and logistics companies get more out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. We build the apps for quality, compliance, warehousing and shopfloor work, and we keep the Microsoft platform behind them running.

We would rather ship something that works next month than design something perfect that never arrives. Customers stay with us for years, which is the only measure of that we take seriously.

SMBs should be able to work with ICT without worry.

Twenty years of networks, servers and support. My job is to keep the platform under our customers’ systems boring, in the good way.

Rick Blom

Owner EasyStep2

Rick Blom

Dare to change.

I work with customers on what should change, and make sure the people on the floor are part of it rather than surprised by it.

Renske Blom

Marketing & Content

Renske Blom

Say it plainly, or do not say it.

I look after how EasyStep2 sounds and looks: the website, the stories from the shop floor and the words that explain what we actually do.

Jacqueline Theunissen

Accounting & Administration

Jacqueline Theunissen

EasyStep2 also manages its own administration.

I run our own finance and administration in Business Central, so when I say something works in practice, I have used it myself.

Get more from talent.

I train the people who have to use the software. It only pays off once someone knows what to do with it on a Monday morning.

Support Engineer / ICT Consultant

Mikey van Rijsbergen

Support is more than a normal servicedesk.

I do implementation work as well as support, so when you call I usually already know how your environment is put together.

Apply AI with purpose.

I build the web and mobile side: scanning apps, dashboards, and the AI that reads documents so nobody has to retype them.

Turn your computer into a co-working foreman?

I like the problems people have worked around for years. Usually the fix is a small app and a scanner, not a big project.

Make sure it just works.

I build, and I say no to features that will not survive contact with a real warehouse on a busy day.

Dots

Office Dog

Dots

Specialist in visitor reception, meeting attendance and biscuit inspections.

Dots has been part of the EasyStep2 team for years. Most days are spent supervising meetings, checking whether everyone takes enough breaks and making sure nobody works alone.

We teach it as well as build it

Software only helps once people know what to do with it on a Monday morning. We run Business Central training in our own office in Nijmegen for the people who actually use the system every day.

Small groups, your own processes on the screen, and short sessions around one change rather than a three-day course nobody remembers by Friday.

Learning by building

EasyStep2 is a recognised Dutch training company. We take on students for internships and graduation projects, and we are open to career changers.

You will not be making coffee or working through a made-up exercise. Students here work on real customer projects: Business Central extensions, Azure work, mobile and scanning apps, AI integrations and the warehouse and shopfloor software our customers use every day. Your code goes into production, which also means somebody reviews it properly first.

Coaching happens at the desk next to you rather than in a separate programme. We are accredited to train for ICT system engineer (since 2010), Software developer (since 2018) and Media designer (since 2019), all at MBO level 4.

Curious to meet the team?

We would rather have a real conversation than send a brochure. Drop by in Nijmegen or give us a call.
