Run production, warehouse and quality from one platform

Most manufacturers do not struggle with accounting. They struggle with information getting lost between purchasing, production, warehousing and quality. Business Central becomes valuable when it reflects how the company actually works.

Why companies replace spreadsheets and disconnected systems

  • One order from quote to shipment
  • One inventory instead of five versions
  • Production linked to purchasing
  • Quality linked to operations
  • Warehouse scanning inside the process

Problems we get called about

Nobody calls us asking for an ERP platform. They call because one of these has been costing them time for months.

Nobody trusts the inventory

Stock exists in Business Central but not on the shelf, so people count again before they commit to anything.

Production discovers shortages too late

Materials turn out to be missing after planning is already committed and the line is waiting.

Quality lives in separate spreadsheets

Approvals, checks and deviations sit outside the process, so released stock and quality status drift apart.

The warehouse types what it should scan

Manual entry slows the floor down and creates the kind of mistakes nobody notices until a customer does.

Nobody knows where a batch went

Traceability takes hours of digging through documents instead of seconds in one system.

Finance and production have different answers

Inventory says one thing. Production says another. Somebody has to walk into the warehouse to find out who is right.

Business Central in the Microsoft stack

Nobody buys Business Central for the sake of Business Central. It earns its place as the operational source the rest of the work leans on.

People and documents

Outlook, Teams, Excel and SharePoint connect the daily conversation to the order, the batch and the customer instead of running beside it.

Integrations and monitoring

Azure carries the connections to portals, carriers, scanners and specialist systems, and tells us when one of them stops working.

Questions and answers

Where is that document? Which batch was used? What was agreed? Copilot helps people get those answers back, once the process underneath is controlled enough to trust.

How we implement Business Central

A messy process implemented in ERP is still a messy process. That is why the order matters more than the method.

First understand how the company actually works

We walk the process with the people doing it, including the exceptions and the workarounds nobody documented.

Configure before customising

Standard Business Central covers more than most people expect. We only build where the operation genuinely needs something else.

Clean data before blaming the software

Items, batches, suppliers and stock have to mean something before any system built on them can be trusted.

Keep improving after go-live

The most useful improvements appear after people stop trying to remember how the old system worked.

Team members and shared devices

Most projects start with process questions, not user counts. The licensing follows once we understand who needs access to what.

Team Members

For users who mainly read data and perform limited tasks such as approvals, time/expense entry, or updating existing records.

Device Users

For shared devices on workfloor scenarios where multiple workers use one terminal for shopfloor, warehouse, or service activities.

License Mix Design

We help you design a practical license mix so each role gets the needed functionality without over-licensing your user base.

Somebody still owns the scanner

A shared device on the floor still needs a named owner, clear rights and somebody who notices when it stops being used properly.

What we clarify before you buy

Five questions that decide more about the outcome than the edition does.

  • Who actually needs access?
  • Who scans what and where?
  • What happens outside Business Central today?
  • Which approvals and integrations are in scope?
  • What has to be traceable, and how far back?

Cloud only. We build exclusively for Dynamics 365 Business Central online and Microsoft 365, so every implementation starts from the current Microsoft cloud platform.

Which spreadsheet refuses to die?

Show us the workaround people still rely on. That is often the best place to start improving the process.

Choose the licence after the process is understood

Licensing depends on roles, access and how the operation is designed. For most companies the real question is Essentials or Premium.

Which plan fits?

Essentials and Premium use the same Business Central platform. The choice is mainly about whether your operation needs the deeper manufacturing and service management capabilities that sit in Premium.

Essentials

Usually fits companies that need finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, project work, warehouse flows and reporting without advanced manufacturing or service order management.

Premium

Adds the capabilities most relevant for make-to-stock, make-to-order, assembly, routings, production orders, capacity planning and service operations.

Team Members

Useful for people who need to read information, approve workflows or participate in small parts of the process without a full operational role.

Device Scenarios

Shared shopfloor and warehouse devices need a different licensing conversation. We map the process first, then decide which users and devices need which rights.

Show us the bottleneck

Walk us through purchasing, production, the warehouse or quality. We will tell you what standard Business Central handles, where configuration is enough, and where an app actually earns its place.
